  • Who May Enter

Spin the Wheel Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and DC), who are aged at least (18) years old at the time of entry, except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

  • How to Enter

The Sweepstakes begins on March 11, 2021, at 10:00am EST and ends on March 17, 2021, at 11:55pm (“Sweepstakes Period”). No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Sweepstakes link will be emailed to certain Promoter customers. To play, click the Sweepstakes link that has been emailed to you. This will redirect you to the Sweepstakes landing page, where to play, simply click the image that appears onscreen to spin the wheel and reveal your prize!

  • Prizes

The possible prizes are as follows:

Coupon code for winning prize is revealed immediately upon playing Sweepstakes. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  • Odds of Winning

The actual odds of winning will depend upon the actual number of entries received for this Sweepstakes. There are 45 prizes available to be won for the prize: $30 OFF H2O HD Mop, 150 prizes available to be won for the prize: $10 OFF H2O HD Mop and two (2) prizes available to be won for the prize: $50 OFF H2O HD Mop.  All other plays will result in prizes of $5 OFF H2O HD Mop.

  • Random Selection

Winning prizes will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  Winners will be notified of the prize instantly upon playing.

Winners are subject to verification by Promoter. Promoter’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the administration, operation, selection of the winners, and other matters related to the sweepstakes.

  • Redeeming Your Prize

Winners who choose to claim their prize can do so via the Promoter’s website at https://buymophd.com/ for up to four (4) days after the end date of the Sweepstakes Period. If the winner cannot be notified or contacted for whatever reason, or if the winner does not claim the prize within the four (4) day period specified above, Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.  The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the Sweepstakes.

  • Publicity and Consent

Winners consent to Promoter’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without further consent or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law, and the winner agrees to execute any and all documents requested by Promoter to convey such rights to own all the results thereof. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current USA data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  • Miscellaneous Conditions.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this Sweepstakes. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have complied with all of the conditions contained in these Official Rules.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Promoter’s control, Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, and as permitted by law, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  Persons who have not complied with these Official Rules, or found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Promoter believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage, will be disqualified.  Promoter reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming, or operator errors.  Promoter assumes no liability for damage caused to any entrant’s or any other person’s/entity’s computer device hardware, software, or communications network, regardless of cause.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants explicitly release, discharge, and holds harmless Promoter and its affiliated entities, and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, successors, estates and assigns, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages (actual, incidental or consequential), claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all costs, which they now have or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes.

If any provision of the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be deemed to violate any federal, state, or municipal law, regulation, or ordinance, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.  If Promoter is required by applicable federal, state, or municipal law, regulation or ordinance, or by the action of an administrative agency, to cease offering the Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction, Promoter reserves the right to (i) terminate the Sweepstakes in such jurisdiction in its entirety, and/or (ii) cancel and remove from participation in the Sweepstakes the entry of any entrant residing in such jurisdiction, without penalty and without obligation to the affected entrant.

When entrants enter this Sweepstakes, Promoter may collect their names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. Promoter will use this information to administer entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants explicitly provide consent for the use of their personal information in this manner.  At the time entrants enter the Sweepstakes, Promoter may ask their permission to send them future marketing information from Promoter.  If entrants wish to later opt-out of these emails, they can do so by checking the unsubscribe button on the email.  This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.   • Dispute Resolution/Damages

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, actions, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Canton, Ohio, USA, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine.

For certainty, this Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Ohio, USA.  Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes and under no circumstances will entrants seek or be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, including any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and in no event attorneys’ fees or costs.  Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to
